Given that I arrived here in October of 2014, I am woefully behind on my reporting. 

Nevertheless, I will describe my experiences thus far. 

Given that is has been nearly a year, I have at least a bit of exposure and can contrast the initial impressions, that are relatively still intact in my mind, with the vetted experience.
